Description

LAMDA is an independent drama school, dedicated to the vocational training of actors, stage managers and technicians in the skills and levels of creativity necessary to meet the highest demands and best opportunities in theatre, film and TV.  At LAMDA, the mission is to seek out and train the exceptional dramatic artists and technicians of every generation, so they can have the most extraordinary impact on the world through their work.

  • Taking place each Autumn and Spring, this course is designed to deepen students’ engagement with classical texts and develop their practical skills.
  • A world-leading higher education provider
  • Faculty of experienced teachers and practitioners; experts in their respective fields and all dedicated to the progress and well-being of our students.
  • Established relationships with industry colleagues - we work closely with agencies, production companies, technical partners and professional writers, designers, directors and actors.
  • Redeveloped £28.2 million training centre offers our students a space to bring about this transformation. With ten new training and rehearsal studios, two new theatres, a fully-equipped digital screen and audio suite, a dedicated library and much more, our new home provides exceptional facilities to match the quality and innovation of our training.
