Columbia University's Summer in Venice, based at Ca' Foscari University, offers courses in Italian language, culture, literature/film, art history and conservation, and history. Students learn about the art, literature, culture, and society of Venice and the Veneto region while also having the option to study and practice Italian. Ca’Foscari University students also enroll in some of the courses allowing for varied perspectives and richer discussions both inside and outside of the classroom.

In order to study abroad for credit, you must complete two applications. You will need to both apply to your program for admission (via the program website) and apply to Yale for approval to receive credit.
