APA Multi-Country: Framing the Francophone Phenomenon in Paris, France; Rabat, Morocco; and Dakar, Senegal

Take cross-cultural learning to a new level by spending a semester in three iconic Francophone locations: Paris, France; Rabat, Morocco; and Dakar, Senegal. The French language that ties these distinct cities together will allow you to construct your own narrative of these intertwined societies. Capitalize on the opportunity to study provocative topics from the perspective of three unique cultural and linguistic frames of reference by taking a total of 4 courses throughout the program with 4 weeks of classes in each of the 3 cities. Additionally, thoughtfully-planned events and excursions including walking tours, cooking classes, boat trips, market visits, and more allow you to experience activities and locales with the camaraderie of your peers.

Two-Part Application Process

Applying to a Year or Term Abroad or a Non-Yale Summer Abroad study abroad program is a two-part process. These are separate application processes with individual deadlines and can be done simultaneously.

2. You must apply to Yale Study Abroad for approval to study abroad and the ability to transfer the credit back to your Yale degree.
