Before Applying
- Check your eligibility
- Review how credit works
- Select your program
- Consider the program cost
- Ensure you have a valid passport in your possession by April 1, and that it remains valid for six months beyond the end date of your program

Note:Please note that you will be required to pay a Yale Summer Session $75 application fee.
The International Summer Award (ISA)
The International Summer Award (ISA) provides a stipend for one summer experience abroad for all eligible undergraduates receiving Yale financial aid. In order to receive ISA funding for a YSS Program Abroad, you must submit both the YSS Program Abroad application AND the ISA application.
